Are you open to the public?

Yes! Our showroom at Yandina Qld 4561 (Sunshine Coast).  We have Sundays and Public holidays off.  Our Manufacturing facility is also on the Sunshine Coast as well.

How long does it take to manufacture and deliver my new bed?

Typically orders take around 3 weeks to complete. Sometimes less, sometimes more. If you are in need of a bed in a shorter time frame (i.e. for a medical emergency) feel free to contact us, we are generally very accommodating and able to help.

Do you deliver?

Yes! We can deliver and install your new bed into your bedroom locally on the Sunshine Coast – in fact in many places on the Sunshine Coast have complimentary delivery.  We can arrange delivery and installation to various surrounding areas such as Brisbane, Gold Coast etc.  We can arrange delivery everywhere else.

Do you make bases as well?

Yes, we do!  For bed bases, we have ensemble bases you have the choice of 8 general colours, or our designer bases, every colour and style that Warwick fabrics have available for upholstery.

We also have ‘Floating’ timber slat bases available in all colours and fabric styles as well.

In addition to these we also have a range of Electric Adjustable Bed bases as well. Including adjustable head and foot, zero gravity and reading positions.  Massage features are also available in each model as well.

For those requiring additional care we also have Hi/Low full lift beds also.

Why do you only have a few prices on your website?

We only have a few prices on our website to avoid confusion.

If we were to include all of our prices, we would have to list over 600 in standard size prices alone.

So, we have Queen Size range prices within each collection displayed, depending on the core support system.  Which can give you a rough idea of where our pricing sits.

We are able to provide you with more specific pricing on all sizes, in all of our Collections, just shoot us an email, give us a call or drop into see us and we will be more than happy to help.

Within each Collection, the core support system price starts with just the mattress alone, and then throughout the price range include one of our various comfort toppers as well.

We also make special sizes and shapes for overseas sized bedframes (for example UK, USA, Europe, New Zealand etc), caravans, campers, roof top campers, boats, horse trailers and trucks.  If you have the overall dimensions including the maximum height, whether special corners are required, we can give you a price quickly also.

Why should I buy from you?

You will never buy better than where it’s built. We are a locally owned and operated company, making our products on the Sunshine Coast in Queensland for over 40 years. Our experience and expertise in the bedding industry combined with our friendly and approachable staff will ensure you are able to make an informed and educated decision on your purchase without marketing gimmicks or spin.

Are your mattresses as good as the big brands?

Better. We strive to use the best componentry available, working with major suppliers such as Dunlop Foams, Bekaert Deslee Textiles and YKK. We manufacture to a level of quality not down to a price. We are quite happy to compare our specifications with other products to prove we make an outstanding product which is fairly priced.  When you visit, we are very forthcoming with what is actually on the inside and outside of your mattress.  We do not try to hide things behind marketing spin.

Why can’t I find your mattresses in bigger stores?

We choose to sell directly from our factory to you, to ensure you get the best value for money. This means that there is no extra cost, or misinformation by dealing with a middle man.

Where are your mattresses and beds designed?

Right here in Yandina on the Sunshine Coast. (Big factory sheds are located behind the showroom)

Is this an Australian company?

Yes! We are a 100% Australian, family owned and operated company. With 3 members of the immediate family working within the business.

Where are the actual mattresses and bases made?

Right here in Yandina on the Sunshine Coast.

Where are the component parts of your mattresses made?

The majority of our mattress and bed components are made right here in Australia and carry the Sensitive Choice Blue Butterfly tick of approval for Allergies.

The only major component in our Innerspring and Pocket Spring mattresses i.e. the metal spring parts, are especially for us in Germany as we are unable to find quality to our high standard made in Australia at this time.  This may change at some point at a future date.

Metal borders and side support are also made in Australia

Do you make your own products?

Yes! Locally in Yandina on the Sunshine Coast in Queensland Australia.

Can you custom make something for me?

Yes! We specialise in making customs mattresses and bases for unique applications such as caravans, campers, boats and day beds.

Custom does not have mean expensive!

Do you try to reduce your environmental impact?

Yes! We minimize our impact by recycling the majority of our waste, using water-based glues and partnering with likeminded suppliers who aim for sustainability. For further information about our environmental impact feel free to email us.

Do your mattresses get body indentations?

All mattresses will get body indentations over time. The products that we use in our mattresses have been chosen to minimize body indentations. We do this through the use of superior quality support systems and high-density support foams.

Is your Latex pure latex?

Yes, it is 100% Natural made up of 98% pure latex plus 2% organic binders.  There is a lot of what we call compromised latex on the market.  This means in the making process fillers such as clay, talcum powder, memory foam and goodness knows what are added.  This really inhibits the longevity and how latex can perform.

What is the most ‘natural’ bed you make?

Our Natural Elements Latex. This has a 100% Natural Latex core and has a choice of being covered in quilted Organic Cotton fabric and wool or Bamboo fabric and wool.

Mattresses

We can custom make both mattresses and bases to suit all special needs including Motor Neurone disease, Accident recovery, Anti-pressure requirements, Huntington’s, scoliosis, and many other conditions. 

We can also assist with Bariatric style mattresses.

In addition to our options in our domestic range we also have a range of Health Thermal, Health Support and Health Comfort Class 1 Medical Device ARTG #260051 for special situations as well.

We also make washable, waterfall zipped waterproof mattress covers when required.

Bases

With our Ensemble and Floating Platform bases we can custom make to your specific required height to allow the client to access the bed easily.

Electric Adjustable Bed Bases

In addition to our Ensemble and Floating Platform Bases we also have a range of Electric Adjustable Bed bases.

Independently tested & approved including Ctick, TGA (194933 Class 1 medical device), Electrical Safety & Fire Regarded standards.

These include adjustable head and foot, zero gravity and reading positions and have underbed lighting as well. Massage features are available in each model also.

For those requiring additional care we also have Hi/Low full lift beds also.

We have the choice of legs or castors which can be adjusted in 75mm increments to ensure the correct height for your clients.
